Prerequisites and Restrictions for Reset Requests
Prerequisites and Restrictions for Reset Requests must be fully met before the system displays the reset option. You cannot apply for a negative balance reset if any of the following seven conditions exist:
Abnormal Account Status: The trading account status is restricted or abnormal.
Funds Management Accounts: The account is a Funds Management Account, which is ineligible for self-service resets.
Demo Accounts: Negative balance resets are not available for demo/practice accounts.
Pending Reset Requests: There is already a pending negative balance reset application for this account.
Pending Withdrawals: There are withdrawal requests currently under review or being processed.
Trading Bonuses: The account contains active trading bonuses or credit.
Open Positions: There are active trade orders or pending orders (limit/stop) in the MT4 or MT5 account.
Furthermore, the real-time account balance must be negative (less than zero). If the account balance is zero or positive, the reset button will be hidden automatically.
